The controller body is in poor condition, showing many noticeable scuffs, scratches, stains, and wear from use. The joysticks are in good condition, though the rubber shows light but noticeable wear and has some marks. The buttons have been cleaned and are in good pre-owned condition, with all symbols intact and readable. The port is in poor condition with noticeable wear from use and may be a little loose. Functionality condition:

The controller powers on and off properly and has been tested as fully functional. All buttons work as they should, although a few feel slightly sticky. The joystick performs well, and the controller connects to the system properly via both Bluetooth and a cable. The Additional parts that usually come with the controller including the paddles are missing.
